We’re making progress on the Modular co-working space at Levander Loop.
For more on this project CLICK HERE
The Levander Loop office project consist of Ā an industrial warehouse being converted into a modular co-working space near the corner of Cesar Chavez and 183.
1. For this project we are installing a unique system of green barrier framing designed by Mark Hutchinson which will all but eliminate heat transfer and create an well insulated energy efficient working space. Ā The building will feature a steel frame mezzanine in the middle of the building.
2. The erection of the central steel mezzanine is seen here.
Thanks to Roy for making sure Shane got this one right.
R3 also did the selective demolition of the original building to make way for the new design, see the photos in the gallery below for examples of the demolition.
This is an ongoing project. Look for more information and pictures to come.

For the 804 Congress Avenue project we are building a combined table and planter system to provide the restaurant with a sidewalk cafe setting in the heart of downtown.
The site is located on the northwest corner of Congress Ave and 8th Street (Two blocks from the Capitol building).
The steel rail provides an architectural feature, while at the same time providing a security feature for the restaurant patron in case of accidental car trying to leave the road.
This project is completely modular, and could be removed from the site if necessary. Hence the brackets seen inside of the planter.
This rail serves to designate the dining area from the pedestrian area on the sidewalk.
As part of this job we also designed and built this walk up ordering window.
This job provides a great example of how much we can do, regardless of the size of the space and the constraints of the job site.
Special thanks toĀ Blue & Associates for using us on this job.

This project, which included steel work and demolition, is for a church in a shopping center in south Austin.
This job shows our ability to work in large spaces, and on a big scale. This door is xx feet high, but can be moved by an individual person.
Special thanks to Blue & Associates for using us on this demolition and steel project.
